The SOMA impulse spray valve (ISV) enables technical and industrial lubricants such as grease and oils to be applied homogeneously as a flat spray film: reliably, flexibly, precisely.

The innovative SOMA impulse spray valve (ISV) offers precise dosing through an infinitely adjustable volume chamber and a ball check valve. Supported by pre- and after-air, it enables fine atomisation of the medium for a homogeneous, even application. With an individually nozzle it can be used to realise a wide variety of application types. The SOMA impulse spray valve combines the precision of a volumetric dispenser with the flat application of a spray valve. ISV enables a wide variety of lubrication methods: partial greasing, groove greasing, circumferential greasing, blind hole greasing, cylinder greasing, lateral greasing and electronic greasing.

The new SOMA impulse spray valve (ISV) combines the best of both worlds and offers an optimum solution for hard-to-reach areas and large-area applications of lubricants and oils. With non-contact dispensing, you save movement and benefit from high speed for precise, uniform application. The SOMA impulse spray valve is ideal for guide elements such as sunroofs, grab handles, storage compartments and center console blinds. It is also used in the electrical industry and locks.
